Refund policy

🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received

  • All pieces included in the original shipment must be returned

  • The item must not be further damaged, altered, or disassembled beyond normal inspection

📦 Return Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

  2. We will provide return instructions.

  3. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

❌ Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse after 14 days

  • Missing pieces not reported within 3 days of delivery

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Items returned incomplete

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
